Engineering & Design
Our engineering team works with AutoCAD® and SOLIDWORKS® to support projects at any stage of development. Whether you provide fully engineered CAD files, a hand sketch, or an initial concept, we can transform your ideas into manufacturable solutions.Site visits, reverse engineering, and custom product design are also available for projects requiring a ground-up approach.

Laser Cutting
Precision laser cutting delivers clean, accurate parts with exceptional edge quality and repeatability. From prototype components to high-volume production, our laser cutting capabilities support a wide range of materials, thicknesses, and part complexities while maintaining tight tolerances and efficient turnaround times.

CNC Press Braking
Precision press brake forming transforms flat sheet metal into accurate, repeatable components for a wide range of applications. From simple bends to complex multi-bend parts, our equipment and experienced operators deliver consistent results while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship.

Certified Welding
Our team is D1.1 Structural certified.
Our welding department includes MIG, TIG, spool, and spot welders.
We weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, and more.

Shearing
Fast, accurate shearing for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet. Shearing is an efficient process for producing clean, straight cuts and rectangular blanks while minimizing material waste and supporting quick turnaround times.

Rolling
Form curves, cylinders, and other custom rolled components for a wide range of applications.Rolling capabilities support both prototype and production quantities across a variety of materials and part sizes.

Saw Cutting
Precision saw cutting provides accurate, repeatable cuts for structural steel, tubing, pipe, bar stock, and extrusions. Our equipment efficiently processes raw material to specified lengths, supplying fabrication-ready components for prototype and production applications.

Secondary Operations
Precision tapping, countersinking, deburring, and other secondary operations are integrated into the fabrication process to deliver components ready for hardware installation, assembly, or finishing. Completing these value-added processes in-house helps reduce lead times, minimize handling, and simplify production.

Outsourcing
We outsource to local suppliers for services not under our roof.
